One of our customers was processing a large volume of hand-filled forms every week. They wanted out — but they had two non-negotiables: the data had to stay confidential, and whatever we built had to be very simple for their staff to learn.

What We Built

A simple mobile app. A staff member opens it, takes a photo of the form, and that’s it. The picture is sent to our AI parsing system, which reads the handwriting, extracts the fields, and returns clean data in a few seconds — dropping it straight into the customer’s system for further processing.

It also watches the operator’s back. If a field was left blank, or the photo was too blurry to trust, the app says so on the spot — so problems get caught at the desk, not three steps later.
